Important Disclaimer
This version depicts the campus up to August 5, 2024 — the first school day of the 2024–2025 school year. We are aware that the church underwent updates during the first few weeks; however, such changes have not been implemented as they were past the August 5 cutoff date. This model has not been officially confirmed by the school for accuracy and may contain mistakes.
In 2010, St. John the Evangelist received a second National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award. Several years later, the school launched a capital campaign to address its aging and undersized gymnasium. The plan called for the construction of a full-size gymnatorium (a gymnasium with an integrated performance stage), the addition of a new fine arts wing, and a renovation of the parish church.

The gymnatorium and fine arts wing were completed and dedicated in 2017. In that same year, St. John the Evangelist earned its third National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award, marking the first time any school in the archdiocese had achieved this distinction. The church renovation was finished in 2018, bringing the capital campaign to its conclusion.
In 2025, St. John the Evangelist received its fourth National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award for academic performance during the 2023–2024 school year, placing the school among only 27 awardees out of approximately 130,000 schools nationwide.
